Vectec supplies, installs and maintains bunded fuel tanks, diesel dispensing pumps, fuel management equipment and fuel tank gauges.
Vectec provides a range of services including fuel tank testing, cleaning and relocation. We can also carry out fuel tank decommissioning. Vectec undertakes planned maintenance services and breakdown cover for more than 1,000 client sites.

Fuel Pumps
Extend the life of fuel pumps and ensure that they are accurately calibrated by having all your fuel dispensing equipment regularly serviced and maintained in the same way you would service your car.
Vectec Ltd's engineers have extensive experience of maintaining a wide variety of fuel dispensers. It is recommended that fuel pumps should be serviced at least annually or every six months should your dispensers experience heavy usage.
Vectec Ltd. can also undertake underground line tests from fuel pump to storage tank to check for fuel leakage. This is particularly essential for older installations.
In view of current economic constraints Vectec Ltd is now offering special rates for the maintenance of fuel pump dispensers and fuel storage Equipment for public organisations such as Fire Services, Police Forces, Ambulance Services and Local Authorities.

Fuel Management
Our Concept of Total Fuel Management covers monitoring fuel usage from tanker to tailpipe by measuring the contents of the tank, fuel usage through the pump and incorporating fuel purchases made through the retail network at petrol stations.
Vectec can supply a wide range of fuel management systems. We can provide systems that accept fuel cards, vehicle mounted id tags or conventional electronic keys.

Fuel Tank Gauges
The Snode internet linked tank gauging system consists of a high accuracy Swiss made pressure probe that sits at the bottom of the tank and weighs the fuel six times a day.
Total Fuel Management
Total Fuel Management (TFM), is a concept pioneered by our sister company. The principle
is to track fuel usage from "tanker to tailpipe".

Vectec provided J R Smith with a 40,000 litre bunded fuel tank with integrated fuel pump/fuel management system. It was delivered and ready to fill with fuel in an operation which took less than four hours.
