Total Fuel Management provided by Vectec's TFM Solution

Total Fuel Management is a concept pioneered by our sister company. The principle                          
is to track fuel usage from "tanker to tailpipe".

The first link in the chain is the Snode GPRS contents gauge. This provides
six dip readings each day and transmits these readings to the TFM secure servers for analysis.

The second link is a GPRS connected fuel management terminal. This terminal can accept fuel cards, vehicle mounted tag ids or conventional electronic keys. 
This terminal records every transaction and sends the data to the servers multiple times each day.

The third link is data provided by your fuel card provider. This data can be uploaded electronically to the TFM server.             

TFM has a special relationship with Arval whereby the Arval card list can be sent to the fuel management terminals automatically and the on-road transactions are sent direct to the TFM servers by Arval. This minimises user intervention in the process.

TFM provide clients access to their data via an Internet web site log in or by a secure application that resides on the client pc(s).

The application can provide a range of reports including fuel usage, CO2 emission data, mpg information and stock to issues reconciliations to highlight theft and product loss.

All data is held securely on the TFM servers and fully backed up. The information can be accessed from any authorised Broadband linked PC.
