T10 Fuel Package Tank

The Fuel Package Tank is an inner storage tank, externally encased within an outer weatherproof bund to ensure any leakage or nominal overfill situation is safely contained.

The Fuel Package Tank is easily transportable as a one-piece unit and reduces costly and time consuming site work.

The Fuel Package Tank is delivered to the customer's premises. If at a later date a new site for the Fuel Package Tank is required it has only to be emptied of contents, cleaned internally, uplifted and transported to its new location.

Standard Fittings

• Inner tank shell 4mm thick.
• Outer shell 3mm.
• 600mm diameter manway.
• 2 x skids.
• 50mm fill boss.
• 25mm desludge pipe.
• Lockable security hatch covering critical connections to reduce the chances of theft.

• All ends 5mm thick.
• Air tested to 0.34 bar & certificates issued.
• 2 x lifting eyes.
• Painted 2 coats paint system final colour (Green 14-C-39).
• 40mm suction flange.
• 65mm riser & vent cap.
• 40mm for overfill alarm.

Additional Fittings

• Hydrostatic contents gauge calibrated in litre increments (pneumonic gauge).
• Fit free issue pump unit including brackets, strainer, pipe work, isolation valve and angle check valve.
• 25mm suction pipe to tank cabinet with isolation valve.

• Battery operated 'CTS' bund alarm.
• Lafon clean fill 50 Overfill Prevention Valve (DN50).
• 50mm offset fill pipe with non-return valve, cap and chain. Drip tray fitted below fill valve.

Optional End Cabinet

• Height - 1820mm.
• Will extend the overall length of the unit by 650mm.
• Offloaded ground level (kerbside) with crane equipped vehicle.
