Where a new fuel storage facility is required we have our own Fuel Package Tank design, which incorporates all the latest products to ensure that the fuel is stored and dispensed in the most secure manner.
Capacities range from 2,000 to 80,000 litres and all incorporate the same advance features including:
• Totally enclosed bunds to prevent the build up of rainwater.
• Lockable security cabinets with drip trays to house fill point and dispensing equipment.
• High accuracy dispensing pumps, so that fuel issues are recorded correctly.
• Electronic contents gauges that can be accessed via a PC. These give warning of
low level and high level automatically and are much more accurate and convenient
than conventional hydrostatic gauges or dipsticks.
• Overfill prevention devices - tankers overfilling storage vessels cause the majority
of spills.
• Vectec PC linked fuel management equipment to secure all fuel issues from the
pump and provide meaningful management information of fuel usage and vehicle
performance.
